This document regulates access to and use of the website. alayatenerife.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the conditions applicable to the reservations and services offered by Alaya Tenerife.
By accessing or making a reservation on the Website, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Purpose of the website
The Website allows you to find out about the accommodation and experiences offered by Alaya Tenerife, and carry out online booking with different secure payment methods (card, PayPal or bank transfer).
3. Booking conditions
When booking in alayatenerife.com, the user declares that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.
The booking process includes:
- Selection of accommodation, dates and number of people.
- Entering personal data and accepting the privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
- Choice of payment method (Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer).
- Confirmation of the booking and receipt of the confirmation email.
Bookings are only confirmed when the payment or deposit has been made correctly.
4. Payments and deposits
- Prices shown include IGIC, unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are accepted by credit or debit card (Stripe), PayPal o bank transfer.
- In many reservations, a deposit or partial payment (normally from 30%) to guarantee the stay.
- The remaining amount may be paid before or on arrival, according to the conditions established.
- In case of no-show on the day of check-in, the deposit or amount paid shall be forfeited in full., without the possibility of reimbursement, and the accommodation is will automatically release for other customers.
All payments are processed securely; Alaya Tenerife does not store card details or banking credentials.
5. Online check-in and guest obligations
The guest must complete the online check-in through TuriCheck.com before arrival, providing the information required by Spanish regulations (name, identity document, nationality, etc.).
The client guarantees that the information provided is true. Any falsehood, error or failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of the booking without the right to reimbursement.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
6.1 Cancellations by the customer
Cancellation conditions depend on the type of fare chosen:
- Flexible tariff:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% from stock.
- Non-refundable rate:
- No returns or exchanges allowed.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
- Reservations with deposit or partial payment:
- The deposit paid is non-refundable, unless an error is attributable to Alaya Tenerife or duly justified force majeure.
- If the customer no-show on the day of check-in, the deposit or payment made shall be forfeited, and the reserve will be cancelled and made available to other guests.
Any request for cancellation should be communicated by e-mail to [email protected], indicating the reservation number.
6.2 Cancellations by Alaya Tenerife
In exceptional cases (such as breakdowns, urgent maintenance or force majeure), Alaya Tenerife will be able to offer a alternative date, accommodation of equivalent category or the full reimbursement of the amounts paid.
7. Right of withdrawal
According to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation contracts with a specific date or period of execution.
8. Rules of residence
The guest undertakes to:
- Respect the rules of coexistence of the accommodation.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of persons allowed.
- No smoking inside.
- No parties, nuisance or illegal activities.
Alaya Tenerife may terminate the stay without refund if these rules are breached or if material damage is caused.
9. Responsibility
Alaya Tenerife shall not be liable for any damage, loss or harm resulting from causes beyond its control (natural phenomena, power outages, governmental decisions, etc.).
10. Intellectual property
All contents, texts, images and logos of the alayatenerife.com are the property of Alaya Tenerife or used with permission. Reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published in alayatenerife.com/privacy-policy.
12. Legislation and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless otherwise provided by law.
