Purpose of the website<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Website allows you to find out about the accommodation and experiences offered by <strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong>, and carry out <strong>online booking<\/strong> with different secure payment methods (card, PayPal or bank transfer).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Booking conditions<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When booking in <strong>alayatenerife.com<\/strong>, the user declares that he\/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The booking process includes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Selection of accommodation, dates and number of people.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Entering personal data and accepting the privacy policy and these terms and conditions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Choice of payment method (Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Confirmation of the booking and receipt of the confirmation email.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bookings are only confirmed when the payment or deposit has been made correctly.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payments and deposits<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Prices shown include <strong>IGIC<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Payments are accepted by <strong>credit or debit card (Stripe)<\/strong>, <strong>PayPal<\/strong> o <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>In many reservations, a <strong>deposit or partial payment<\/strong> (normally from 30%) to guarantee the stay.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The <strong>remaining amount<\/strong> may be paid before or on arrival, according to the conditions established.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>In case of <strong>no-show on the day of check-in<\/strong>, the <strong>deposit or amount paid shall be forfeited in full.<\/strong>, without the possibility of reimbursement, and the accommodation is <strong>will automatically release for other customers<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All payments are processed securely; <strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong> does not store card details or banking credentials.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Online check-in and guest obligations<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The guest must complete the <strong>online check-in<\/strong> through the online Check-in platform provided before your arrival, providing the information required by Spanish regulations (name, identity document, nationality, etc.).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The client guarantees that the information provided is true. Any falsehood, error or failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of the booking without the right to reimbursement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation and refund policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Cancellations by the customer<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cancellation conditions depend on the type of fare chosen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Flexible tariff:<\/strong>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Free cancellation up to <strong>30 days before arrival<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of <strong>100% from stock<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Non-refundable rate:<\/strong>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>No returns or exchanges allowed.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount is forfeited.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Reservations with deposit or partial payment:<\/strong>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The <strong>deposit paid is non-refundable<\/strong>, unless an error is attributable to <strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong> or duly justified force majeure.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>If the customer <strong>no-show on the day of check-in<\/strong>, the <strong>deposit or payment made shall be forfeited<\/strong>, and the reserve <strong>will be cancelled and made available to other guests<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Any request for cancellation should be communicated by e-mail to <strong><a>info@alayatenerife.com<\/a><\/strong>, indicating the reservation number.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Cancellations by Alaya Tenerife<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In exceptional cases (such as breakdowns, urgent maintenance or force majeure), <strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong> will be able to offer a <strong>alternative date<\/strong>, <strong>accommodation of equivalent category<\/strong> or the <strong>full reimbursement<\/strong> of the amounts paid.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>According to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply to tourist accommodation contracts<\/strong> with a specific date or period of execution.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Rules of residence<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The guest undertakes to:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Respect the rules of coexistence of the accommodation.<\/li>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Do not exceed the maximum number of persons allowed.<\/li>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">No smoking inside.<\/li>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">No parties or activities without prior permission.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The stay at Alaya Tenerife implies the express acceptance of the internal regulations of the accommodation, available at:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/alayatenerife.com\/en\/normativa\/\">https:\/\/alayatenerife.com\/normativa\/<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>These regulations form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions and must be complied with.<\/p>\r\n<p>Also, romantic decorations, special settings and hired extras are part of a preparation service and do not imply the purchase of the elements used.<\/p>\r\n<p>The edible products included (wine, chocolates or other gastronomic treats) are intended for consumption.<\/p>\r\n<p>However, all physical decorative elements used for the setting remain the property of Alaya Tenerife and cannot be removed. In case of removal, damage or theft, the guest will be charged the corresponding replacement cost, in addition to the amount paid for the contracted service.<\/p>\r\n<p>Alaya Tenerife may terminate the stay without refund if these rules are breached or if material damage is caused.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Responsibility<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong> shall not be liable for any damage, loss or harm resulting from causes beyond its control (natural phenomena, power outages, governmental decisions, etc.).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Intellectual property<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All contents, texts, images and logos of the <strong>alayatenerife.com<\/strong> are the property of <strong>Alaya Tenerife<\/strong> or used with permission. Reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Data protection<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The processing of personal data is governed by the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> published in <a href=\"#\">alayatenerife.com\/privacy-policy<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Legislation and jurisdiction<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
